All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
